Welcome to Texas Safe Sofa
This is not your cozy therapist’s office where you tiptoe around the truth. This is raw, unfiltered, straight-up reality. We talk about addiction, trauma, relapse, and pain with no censors, no sugarcoating, and no bullshit. If you’re easily offended by cussing, brutal honesty, or triggering truths—grab a blankey, head to the corner, and stay in denial.
But if you’re ready to face the storm head-on and do the real work to heal, this is your safe space. You’ll be heard, you’ll be seen, and you’ll never be alone. It’s deep. It’s honest. It’s uncomfortable. And it just might save your life.

The 4 Stages of Reclaiming Your Life
Stage 1 – Admit You Need Help
You’re tired. You’re broken. And you’re finally ready to say it out loud: I can’t do this alone. That first step isn’t weakness—it’s war paint. It means you’re ready to fight for your life.
Stage 2 – 24 Hours Clean
One full day. That’s it. Not a year, not a month—just one honest, brutal, sweaty, shake-filled day without your substance or behavior. You made it. That’s your first win. Now we stack 'em.
Stage 3 – Begin the Journey
Now we dig. You’ll uncover what keeps dragging you back—the pain, the triggers, the people, the habits. You’ll meet yourself again, and it’ll be hard as hell. But it’s real, and it’s yours.
Stage 4 – 90 Days Clean
You’ve made it to 90 days. You’ve survived the fog. But let’s be clear—this isn’t the finish line. It’s the start of the real work. This is where we build a life that doesn’t need escaping from.

About Me
I know what it feels like to be broken. For years, I fought a hidden war—first with my body, then with my heart, and finally with my soul. I was a driven athlete with a strong exterior, but after neck surgery and a lifetime of emotional trauma, I reached for prescription pills to numb not just the pain in my body but the pain I carried from my past.
The pills quieted my feelings but never healed them. The harsh reality I had buried—childhood wounds, an abusive relationship, resentment, anger at God—waited for me in the shadows. I lost my faith. I lost myself. I begged not to wake up, blaming everyone and everything but me. My marriage cracked under the weight. My trust in the Lord vanished.
Then, on February 26, 2014, everything changed. That day became my clean and sober date—the day I chose life. I decided to stop running, to face my pain, and to hand it over to the only One strong enough to hold it. I asked God for forgiveness. I forgave others. I forgave myself. And in that surrender, I found my freedom.
This brand was born from that transformation. It’s proof that pain can become power, scars can become strength, and brokenness can be rebuilt into something beautiful. Every product, every service, and every word we share comes from a place of faith, resilience, and hope.
Because if God can restore me, He can restore you too.
We’re not therapists. We’re not here to hand you a tissue and say, “use your words.” We’re real people who’ve been through real hell—addiction, relapse, trauma, mental burnout—and made it out the other side. At Texas Safe Sofa, you get raw, unfiltered support with no insurance hoops, no judgment, and no bullshit. Just someone to talk to, 24/7—whether by text, phone, or email. Come as you are. Say what you need. This is a safe place to speak, scream, cry, or cuss your way through the mess—and start healing for real. The conversations held between client and coach are treated as HIGHLY CLASSIFIED information.
How Your Purchase Helps
When you buy from me, you’re not just getting a product—you’re fueling someone’s shot at recovery and survival. Every dollar of profit goes right back into the people who need it most. No cash ever changes hands. Instead, it’s used for the real stuff that stands in the way of getting help:
-
Covering medical costs that insurance won’t touch.
-
Replacing lost IDs, driver’s licenses, or Social Security cards—because life has a way of stealing those at the worst possible times.
-
Paying for bus tickets, gas, or flights to actually get someone into a facility.
-
Allowing me to personally visit and record unfiltered, unedited reviews of treatment centers so you can see the truth before trusting the internet’s polished version.
Your purchase isn’t just merchandise—it’s a lifeline. It stretches further than you think, and it helps real people take real steps toward getting the help they deserve.

Experiences shared, strength found
I built Texas Safe Sofa out of my own scars, not a textbook. I’ve lived addiction. I’ve fought it. I know the tricks, the lies, and the manipulation because I’ve done them. I’ve seen the medical system inside and out—both as a career and as a patient—and I’ve watched it fail people over and over. The truth is, it’s all about money. Doctors push more pills. Therapists who’ve never walked this road tell you you’re broken. And people who want help are left lost, lonely, and stuck without options.
That’s where I come in. Texas Safe Sofa is my mission to flip the script. I help people who don’t have insurance, who don’t have the financial means, who’ve been written off by the system. I help them find affordable housing, real treatment that matches their actual struggle, and support that’s grounded in lived experience—not judgment.
This isn’t about sympathy. It’s about strength. It’s about sitting with families who are brokenhearted, about showing someone there’s still hope when they’ve been told there’s none left. My work is rooted in tough love, honesty, and faith. If you can’t afford my cost, I’ll work with you. If you’ve been turned away everywhere else, I won’t.
Texas Safe Sofa exists because people deserve help, not another closed door. I refuse to let money or the system be the deciding factor between life and death.

"I am not too sure where I would be today had I not found Q. She has been there with me every step of the way. Put yourself first and get uncomfortable.

"She will for sure get you out of your comfort zone and call you out on your BS. I needed that before it was too late for me"

"Been to several places for help and none of them seemed to care as much as Q does about my success. She says it like it is even if you don't want to hear it and then she makes you see just how beautiful you and life is outside the pit of darkness" Thank you Q for loving me!!
