My name’s Quill, and I didn’t choose this path — it chose me through pain, loss, and a fight for my own life.

For years, I lived in a cycle that felt impossible to escape. After multiple neck surgeries, my doctors kept throwing pills on top of pills instead of fixing the problem. The painkillers didn’t just numb the physical pain — they numbed everything. The emotions I never dealt with from childhood trauma, heartbreak, and years of pretending I was finegot buried under a prescription bottle.

I almost lost my family, my marriage, my career — and myself. Rehab after rehab, I kept trying to “do better,” but nothing stuck because I wasn’t ready. The truth is, you can’t make an addict change unless you know how to flip the script and make them want it.

I got tired of sitting in therapist offices hearing, “You just need to use your words and process your feelings.”
No — I needed someone to actually get it. Someone who’s walked through the darkness and figured out how to find light again.

That’s what pushed me to become a Life Coach specializing in Addiction and Recovery. I built this entire program through personal trial and error, faith, and grit. I didn’t learn it in a classroom — I learned it in the trenches, from relapse to redemption.

Now, I work closely with individuals and families who are sick and tired of watching addiction destroy everything around them. I customize every plan because what works for one person might not work for another. Some people need structure, others need faith, and some just need someone who will actually listen without judging.

I’ve made it my mission to show people that recovery doesn’t have to come with a five-figure price tag or a waiting list. Everyone deserves help — no matter what’s in your bank account.
